How to Add Programs to Startup Registry

To Add Programs to Startup Registry :

Step 1 : Open the Run Dialog Box By Pressing Windows Key + R or Go to Start -> Run. Type "regedit" and hit Enter

Step 2 : Double Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE to expand it. Then Expand  Software. After that expand Microsoft. Then Windows.Then CurrentVersion. Then Finally click on Run.

So the full path would be

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN

Step 3 : Right Click Run and Select New -> String Value.You'll be ask to rename. Rename it or default it would be New Value #1

Step 4 : Double Click the Registry Value you just Created and Enter the Program Path for Example (C:\Program Files\My Software\My Software.exe)

Step 5 : Finally Click OK.  Now the Every time you log in Your Program will run Automatically.
